成份：🦟

• 10滴香茅精油、10滴薄荷精油、5滴茶樹精油
• 50ml基底油 (如甜杏仁油或葡萄籽油)

製作步驟：🐛

1. 製作驅蟲精油混合液：
   a. 準備一個乾淨的60ml玻璃滴管瓶
   b. 將香茅、薄荷和茶樹精油依次滴入瓶中
   c. 加入基底油 至50ml
   d. 蓋緊瓶蓋，輕輕搖晃混合均勻

使用方法：

a. 直接塗抹：🕷️

• 取少量混合液塗在手腕、腳踝等暴露部位
• 外出前15-20分鐘使用效果更佳

b. 製作簡易噴霧：

• 取一個30ml噴霧瓶
• 倒入15ml驅蟲精油混合液
• 加入15ml蒸餾水或純露
• 蓋緊瓶蓋搖勻，即可使用
• 使用時搖勻後噴灑在皮膚或衣物上

1. Making the insect repellent oil blend:

   b. Add the citronella, peppermint, and tea tree essential oils to the bottle in order
   c. Fill with carrier oil up to the 50ml mark
   d. Close the bottle tightly and gently shake to mix well

How to use:
        a. Direct application:
            Apply a small amount of the blend to exposed areas such as wrists and ankles
            For best results, apply 15-20 minutes before going outdoors

        b. Making a simple spray:
            Use a 30ml spray bottle
            Pour in 15ml of the insect repellent oil blend
            Add 15ml of distilled water or hydrosol
            Close the bottle tightly and shake well before use
            Shake before each use and spray on skin or clothing
